OUR STORY

NexPhase was founded by Derek Davis, a project controls veteran with over 20 years of experience on some of the largest capital projects in North America. Derek's career started in the field as a structural steel fitter and welder before moving into project controls — giving him a ground-up understanding of how construction projects actually get built.

After directing a 140+ person project controls organization on a $26B LNG greenfield project, Derek founded NexPhase to combine deep hands-on expertise with cutting-edge AI.
